1. Submit your request

Fill out the form with:

• Brand
• Cut
• Conditions
• Clear photos (front, back, inside label, details)

If available, you can attach a receipt or invoice: every detail helps us make an accurate and transparent assessment.

2. Evaluation and selection

Each proposal is analyzed by our team according to clear criteria:

Authenticity — We verify labels, materials and construction

Condition — We only accept items in excellent condition or well-preserved.

Value — We estimate a fair price based on brand, demand, and quality

Aesthetic consistency — We only accept what reflects the Sequoia criteria and style: essential, authentic, timeless

You will receive our evaluation within a few days.

3. Shipping the item

If you accept the proposal:

• You will receive a prepaid shipping label
• We only ask you to pack the item carefully and carefully.

4. Verification and authentication

Once received, the item is checked in detail:

• Confirmation of authenticity
• Checking the actual conditions
• Any cleaning and preparation for sale

Only garments that meet our standards enter the Sequoia Select selection.

5. Payment

After final verification, you will receive payment via:

• Bank transfer, or
• Sequoia Credit (your choice)

Each approved item is enhanced with new images and a dedicated description: its story continues.

Non-compliant or suspected counterfeit items

We do not deal in replicas, non-original items, or items in non-compliant conditions.

In these cases:

• The item is not included in the collections
• It can be returned to the sender with return costs to be paid by the sender.
• A release will be required to complete the procedure
