Each garment is unique and second-hand. Conditions are carefully described in the listing provided under each garment, but we cannot guarantee that the appearance will exactly match your personal expectations.

Orders and Purchases

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase. Sequoia Select reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion.

Your order is confirmed only after we have received and processed payment and sent the confirmation email.

Please review your order carefully before submission. We may not be able to cancel or modify orders that have already been confirmed.

In the event of rejection, modification, or cancellation of an order, we will contact you by email or phone to inform you.

Returns

Return and refund conditions may vary depending on the destination country, as specified in the relevant policy.

All purchases are subject to our Returns and Refunds policy.

Any return shipping costs are governed by the Returns and Refunds policy.

You declare that purchases are made for personal use and not for resale or export.

Prices and Payments

The reference currency of the site is the Euro (€).
All prices include VAT, where required by applicable regulations.

Based on the selected country, prices are automatically updated and displayed in the corresponding currency. The amount charged will be the one indicated at the time of order confirmation.

Any price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Only the amount indicated at the time of order confirmation shall be binding.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include any customs duties, local taxes, or import costs for non-EU orders, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by couriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.

The indicated delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, the delivery will be trackable. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer at the time of delivery, when the customer or a third party designated by them takes physical possession of the products.

The fashion brands mentioned (e.g. Lacoste, Versace, Levi's, Burberry) belong to their respective owners and are used exclusively for descriptive purposes to identify the authenticity of the garments.

The Sequoia Select trademark and all distinctive brand elements are our exclusive property.

When you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, and publish it for any purpose, including commercial purposes, without compensation.

It is strictly prohibited to attempt to sell, return, or submit counterfeit or non-authentic garments. Any such attempt will result in:
