How do you select the garments?
Each Sequoia Select piece is chosen through a meticulous evaluation process that combines expertise, authenticity, and aesthetic sensibility.
We check every detail: labels (if applicable), materials, stitching, and condition. This is to ensure it meets our quality and durability standards.
We only accept original, well-preserved items that are consistent with our philosophy: giving a future to the past, enhancing what deserves to be worn again.

How do you guarantee the authenticity of the garments?
Each item is checked by experts through a double process: manual verification and digital support.
We evaluate provenance, labels (if applicable), materials, and construction details to ensure each piece is authentic and meets Sequoia Select standards.

What kind of clothes can I expect at Sequoia Select?
You'll find carefully selected items, ranging from vintage to new pieces, to new-with-tag items.
Very importantly: we are for the democratization of fashion.
Even unworn items are evaluated according to our selection criteria and classified as pre-owned, to maintain consistency and transparency.
Each item has a rating from 1.0 to 5.0, visible on the description, which indicates the actual condition: from obvious signs of use to excellent condition.
Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return an item you are not satisfied with.
Returns are free. The item must be in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 24/48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery takes 3-5 working days for Italy, 5-7 days for the rest of Europe.
You will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment in real time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €90.
For smaller amounts, the cost is €6.50.
European and international shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
Can I sell my items on Sequoia Select?
Yes. You can offer your items through the "Sell Your Items" page.
The process is simple: you upload your photos, receive a valuation, and if you accept, we'll send you a shipping label.
Each item is checked, authenticated and published with transparency.
What happens if an item fails the authenticity check?
Every item sent to Sequoia Select is inspected by experts to verify its authenticity.
Non-compliant or suspected counterfeit items will not be accepted or published.
In these cases, returns are only possible with the return costs paid by the sender and upon signature of a release.
Our goal is to protect the quality, trust, and transparency of the project.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Interest-free installment payments are also available through Klarna.
All payments are protected by SSL encryption and processed securely. We never store your card details.
